Empower2Succeed is completing its charitable registrations. Our structure is being established to support Indian CSR requirements (Schedule VII alignment and CSR-1 registration), tax-efficient domestic giving (Section 80G) and, in due course, foreign contributions (FCRA) and Canadian/US tax-receipted giving through appropriate vehicles.

Registration numbers and documents will be published on our Governance page as they are issued. Until then, partnership discussions and letters of intent are welcome so programs can launch as soon as registrations complete.
