Empower2Succeed begins its work in Billawar and surrounding areas of Kathua district, Jammu and Kashmir, a region rich in talent and short on structured opportunity.
The region is already proving what is possible: the development of a technology and business-services ecosystem near Billawar has shown that professional careers need not begin with migration to a large city.
Our long-term ambition is a model that can serve young people across India's underserved regions.
Girls and young women in rural communities often face additional barriers: mobility restrictions, financial prioritization of sons, safety concerns, early-marriage pressure and a shortage of professional role models. We actively seek out capable girls and young women and work with their families to create safe, credible pathways.
There are young people in our villages with the intelligence, discipline and ambition to succeed anywhere in the world.
